The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, “boots-on-the-ground” Sales & Growth Lead to join us at our Tysons Corner headquarters. This is not a desk job. You will be the face of Cleantiful, bridging the gap between high-tier service providers and luxury customers.
The ideal candidate possesses a relentless “hunter” mentality, thrives on face-to-face interaction, and is eager to play a foundational role in an early-stage startup journey.
Core Responsibilities
- ✓Market Penetration: Execute daily one-on-one visits to prospective commercial, residential, and specialty (marine/aviation) clients within the DMV area.
- ✓Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust network of premium service providers, ensuring they meet Cleantiful’s high standards of excellence.
- ✓Business Development: Identify and close new partnership opportunities to expand our service footprint in the Tysons and greater Northern Virginia market.
- ✓Operational Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to refine our AI-driven scheduling and routing based on real-world feedback from the field.
- ✓Growth Strategy: Assist in the development of regional sales playbooks as we prepare to scale from the DMV to national markets.
Requirements
- ✓Can start immediately
- ✓Valid driver's license

- ✓No need for visa sponsorship
- ✓2+ years of experience in Sales
- ✓Local Presence: Must be able to report to the Tysons Corner office daily starting at 9:00 AM. This is a 100% in-office and in-field role (no remote or hybrid options for this specific position).
- ✓Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- ✓Sales Personality: Proven track record in direct sales or business development. You should be comfortable with “cold” face-to-face introductions and high-level negotiations.
- ✓Entrepreneurial Mindset: A desire to learn the mechanics of a pre-seed startup and the grit to handle the challenges of early-stage growth.
- ✓Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to represent a luxury brand with poise.
